PEPPERMINT BROWNIE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey chocolate syrup

Mix butter, sugar, and eggs together; add the syrup, then rest of ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bake on jelly roll pan. Cool them.

SECOND LAYER:

2 c. powder sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. milk

Mix and spread on bottom layer; let stand to set.

THIRD LAYER:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt and spread on top of 2nd layer.
