PECAN PIE AND CRUST 
CRUST:

2/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

With fork, whip together salad oil and milk. Sift other ingredients together. Pour liquid mixture over flour mixture and mix with fork until all flour is dampened. Press dough against bottom and sides of pie plate. Crimp edges. Some crust may be crumbled over top of fruit pies if desired.

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
