MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sm. elbow macaroni or your choice of pasta
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
1 can creamy onion soup
1/2 c. light mayonnaise

Cook pasta until "al dente", mix with other ingredients and put into 9" x 13" casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 12. This is a favorite at my family reunion.
