1 box yellow cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cake: Prepare box cake according to instructions (use 9x13 pan). Mix remaining ingredients and pour over prepared (unbaked) cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Topping: Beat pudding and milk until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate.
