6 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. green onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped bacon
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

Mix all together and serve.
