PEACH CRUMB PIE 
PIE FILLING:

2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. sliced peaches

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp. soft butter

Mix together filling ingredients and let set in an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Mix crumb topping and put on top of fruit. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 425 degree oven. Other fruits may be used. Apples are very good also.
