PEACH CRISP 
2 c. fresh peaches diced and slightly sweetened
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Place peaches in a baking dish. Mix dry ingredients and egg; mixture will be coarse. Sprinkle on top of peaches in baking dish. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
