LASAGNA 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground meat
1 can whole tomatoes
1 c. tomato puree
Garlic or garlic powder
Parsley
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 can tomato paste (sm.)
Bell pepper
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 block ricotta cheese
1 block mozzarella cheese
1 block Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. American cheese

Put olive oil and butter in saucepan until hot, then add seasoning and then ground meat. Cook for 10 minutes or until all meat is brown. Add tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato paste, tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.

Boil lasagna noodles in water and olive oil until tender; then drain. Spread meat sauce on bottom of pan, then spoon on ricotta, spread other cheeses, then noodles. Make 3-4 layers with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
