1/2 c. butter
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, then stir in remaining ingredients. Grease and flour pan (13 x 9 inches) metal pan. Spoon into pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool - cake will fall - dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
