12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips 2 c. peanut butter 1 c. butter 1/4 c. dry vanilla pudding (not instant) 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. maple flavoring 2 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. dry roasted peanuts Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Put 1/2 mixture in a 12 x 16 inch pan. Refrigerate until hard. Boil for 1 minute the filling, butter, pudding and evaporated milk. Add maple flavoring. In large bowl, beat filling and the powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of chocolate mixture. Put peanuts on top of filling. Put the rest chocolate mixture on top and refrigerate. |
