1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) jar Pizza Quick sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook beef and onions; drain. Put in bottom of 9 3/4 x 9 3/4 inch baking dish. Pour Pizza Quick sauce on top of beef. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese on top of sauce. Mix Bisquick, eggs, and milk together. Pour on top of cheese. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
