SUGARED WALNUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. walnut halves

Cook sugar, honey, and water to soft ball stage (242 degrees). Remove from heat; add vanilla and walnuts. Stir until thick and creamy. Pour in buttered dish.
