CABBAGE ROLLS 
Place cabbage head in boiling water to remove leaves; set aside.

Mix in large bowl 2 pounds hamburger, 1 1/2 cups minute or cooked rice, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Mix well and make into balls and roll in cabbage leaves. Secure with toothpick. In a large pan place a layer of kraut, then layer of rolls, etc. until used up. Pour sauce over top and simmer on top of stove for 2 hours.

SAUCE:

2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix together sauce ingredients.
