CARAMEL CORN 
1 1/2 c. unpopped popcorn (6 qts. popped)
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Bring light corn syrup, butter and brown sugar to a boil in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes, without stirring. Stir in well the vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes and while it cools.
