CHEWY POTATOES 
10 sm. red skinned potatoes
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 lb. bacon, fried
3/4 c. Colby cheese

Scrub and boil potatoes with skin on until tender. Dice potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Layer potatoes, crumbled bacon and each kind of cheese in a medium size baking dish. After two layers are made, pour the melted butter on top and bake in 450 degree oven until cheese is bubbly.
