BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mashed bananas (2 lg.)
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. thick sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two loaf pans with Pam.

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and mash bananas and wet ingredients together in another. Add wet ingredients to dry. Pour into loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour. Cool and loosen from pans.
