CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
Separate 4 eggs, mix with 4 teaspoon of flour and 2/3 cup of milk, put aside.

1 1/2 lbs. Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
3 cans of chopped canned chilies
1 sm. can chile salsa

Layer the Cheddar cheese, then the Mozzarella cheese and the chilies in a 9 x 13 baking dish until all gone. Then pour the egg mixture over the cheese and chilies. Bake 45 minutes. Then top with chile salsa and bake 15 minutes more.
