CHEESY BRATS STEW 
6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage
4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion

In a 3-quart casserole stir together brats or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans and cream of mushroom soup, cheese and chopped onion. Bake the casserole covered in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
