AUNT HAZEL'S RICE DISH | |
5 c. Swanson's chicken broth 1/2 - 1 lb. butter 2 handfuls crushed egg noodles 2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice, uncooked Bring 5 cups of chicken broth to a rolling boil. Put 1/2 pound butter in pan and the crushed noodles. Brown the noodles. Put uncooked rice into butter and noodle mixture. Pour boiling broth into rice and noodle mixture. Do not mix. Put on tight lid. Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes. |
