BUSY DAY HOT DISH 
2 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen French fries
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Press hamburger into 9 x 13 inch pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread with chopped onion. Next put layer of frozen French fries. In a bowl mix soup and milk. Pour over fries and meat. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings. (This recipe can be cut in half.)
