LEMON LUSH (LUSCIOUS) 
CRUST FOR 9X13 INCH CAKE PAN:

1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. crushed pecans
1 c. flour

Mix and press into pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until light brown. Cool.

Mix 1 cup sugar, 8 oz. cream cheese, fold in 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Next, mix 3 cups cold milk with 3 packages lemon instant pudding mix, pour over cream cheese mixture and top with more Cool Whip and nuts. Keep refrigerated. Serves 12-14.

FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS: You may substitute chocolate instant pudding mix for the lemon.
