APPLE BUNDT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs, blending after each. Sift together remaining ingredients and add. Mix batter together. Add 3 cups raw, tart apples, 1 cup nuts and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Pour into oiled bundt pan that has been sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
