CARAMEL POPCORN 
4 qt. popped corn
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Karo syrup (white)

Melt butter. Add syrup and sugar; stir over low heat until dissolved. Bring to a boil stirring quite often. Boil for 8-10 minutes. The mixture will start to thicken. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour over popped corn. Pecans, almonds, raisins or peanuts can be added.
