CREAMY LEMON JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can Thank You tapioca pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix together 2 small packages lemon Jello with 2 cups hot water. Let stand until jelled, then whip until light and fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Put into 9 x 13 pan and chill. Serve on top of a lettuce leaf.
