HEAVENLY ANGEL FOOD TORTE 
1 pt. heavy cream
2 tsp. instant coffee
3/4 c. XXXX sugar
6 Heath candy bars
Sliced almonds
Fresh strawberries
1 angel food cake

24 hours before serving, mix together heavy cream, coffee, sugar and refrigerate. Next day, beat mixture until stiff. From 6 Heath bars make chocolate curls for decoration; refrigerate. Cut angel food cake into 3 layers. Crush remainder of candy bars. Add crushed bars to half of whipped mixture and use as filling between layers of the torte. Use the remaining half of cream mixture for the frosting. Sprinkle with almond slices and chocolate curls. Top with fresh strawberries.
