HAM TETRAZZINI 
2 c. diced, cooked ham
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
2 tbsp. pimento
1 pkg. (7 oz.) linguini
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour. Gradually add milk, pepper and marjoram. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese and stir until blended. Add mushrooms, ham and pimento. Cook linguini in boiling water and drain. Arrange linguine in buttered 2 quart casserole.

Pour ham mixture over linguini and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve 6 to 8. Dietary substitutions may be: turkey ham, Farmer's cheese and butter.
