PINA COLADA SLUSH 
3 c. water
1 c. sugar
12 oz. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
30 oz. cream of coconut
6 ripe bananas
4 liters ginger ale, chilled

Dissolve sugar in water. Add fruit and fruit juices. Freeze until slushy, about 6 hours, stirring once. If mixture freezes solid, microwave 2 to 3 minutes until softened. To serve, combine slush and ginger ale. Yield: 32 one cup servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
