SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
8-10 slices French bread, cubed 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. white sugar 1 c. melted butter Mix together in 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be put together and refrigerated overnight before baking. Serves 4-6 and recipe can be doubled. |
