BEEF `N MACARONI LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in tomato sauce and basil; simmer 10 minutes. Prepare dinner as directed on box. Spread half of macaroni into a greased 8 inch square pan. Top with meat mixture, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining macaroni.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook; stirring constantly over low heat until thickened. Stir small amount into eggs, return to hot mixture. Pour over dinner; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
