MEAT LOAF NO EGGS 
10 oz. ground chuck
Salt and pepper
3 sticks celery, chopped
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can tomatoes

Form 2 large balls of meat loaf and place into a bread pan. Set oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours. After meat is placed in pan add can of tomatoes. Place in oven. Very good tasting, low in calories.
