MEATLOAF SURPRISE 
4 lbs. ground chuck
1/4 onion
Salt
Pepper
1 box beef Stove Top stuffing
Garlic
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Wax paper
Pam
Meat loaf or deep dish pan
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, add meat onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning from stuffing. Release air from crumbs in bag and then crush. Add to mix. Mix well. Then roll out on wax paper. Sprinkle with cheese and roll like a jelly roll. Make sure ends are pinched well so cheese can't come out. Put in greased or Pam'd pan. Bake for 90 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Then slice and serve.

Serves 6.
