BANANA SPLIT PIE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 med. bananas, sliced
1 sm. can (6 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
Whipped cream or dessert topping

Blend the graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup of butter. Press into the bottom of a 9"x12" pan. Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the remaining butter with the sugar and eggs. Beat 15 minutes. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour the filling into the crust, then cover with a layer of bananas and the crushed pineapple. Top with whipped cream or dessert topping. Decorate with red sugar or maraschino cherries, if desired.
