CALAZONES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1/4 to 1/2 c. of onions
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

BEEF FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. fine Italian herbs
1/2 tsp. fennel (a spice)
1/2 c. ricotta
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 can tomato slices

Follow instructions on bread package to thaw dough. Pinch each loaf into thirds. Roll out in circle spoon about 1/3 to 1/2 cup mixture and seal. Place seal on bottom. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
