GINGERSNAPS 
3 c. Super-7 cookie mix (recipe in this book)
1/4 c. dark molasses
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 egg
Sugar

Mix all ingredients except sugar. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar. Place about 3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool. Yield: About 4 dozen cookies, 65 calories per cookie.
