MR. EMERSON'S FAVORITE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, vanilla and nuts. Spread in a greased 12 x 8 inch pan and chill.
