AFTER - SCHOOL HEALTH SNACKS 
60 Triscuit wafers, finely rolled, about 2 1/2 c. crumbs
1 c. honey
1 c. raisins
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups Triscuit wafer crumbs, honey, raisins, peanut butter, instant nonfat dry milk. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining crumbs. Serve immediately or chill. Makes 5 dozen.
