HUNAN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
Egg white
1 tbsp. flour
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. sherry
1 tsp. cornstarch

Combine chicken breasts, egg white and flour. Stir fry until done. Add green onions and ginger, continue to stir fry. Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, sherry and cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture. Cook until thickened and warmed through. Serve with rice.
