7 - UP SALAD 
2 pkg. red or lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. 7-Up
3/4 pkg. mini marshmallows
4 bananas
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add 7-Up and let set to syrup stage. Add bananas and pineapple. Pour into pan and push marshmallows into mixture. Let set and then spread with topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, well beaten

Cook over high heat, stirring constantly. Cool and add 1 cup whipped cream. Spread on gelatin.
