HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4-6 sliced leftover baked potatoes or precooked cooled potatoes
3 slices bacon
1 sm. onion, diced
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 egg

(Increase recipe figuring 1 potato per serving.)

Saute bacon and onion. Add potatoes to pan (grease and all). Add sugar, vinegar and egg mixture to pan, pouring over potatoes. Simmer stirring constantly until done (10-15 minutes).
