GERMAN HOT POTATO SALAD | |
1 1/2 lb. potatoes, cooked and cut up 1 med. onion, sliced thin 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. water 3 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook bacon until crisp. Drain off as much grease as you can. Add onion and cook 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except potatoes and cook until just slightly thick. Add sliced potatoes and blend well. Remove from heat and serve warm. |
