OVERNIGHT REFRIGERATOR ROLL 
2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast
2 1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or soft shortening
8 1/2 to 9 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten

Soften yeast in warm water and sugar. Add shortening, eggs, half flour and salt. Stir or beat until well blended. Stir in rest of flour. Mix well. This will be a soft dough. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight until needed.

2 hours to rise approximately if dough is cold. Makes cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls or bread. Bake at 350 degrees.
