ORANGE ROUGHY BROILED 
4 pieces orange roughy, approximately 2 lbs.
Paprika to taste
Salt to taste
1 lemon
butter
Pepper to taste

Rinse fish; place on broiler pan; put a few slices of butter on each piece; cut lemon and squeeze juice over all pieces; add salt, pepper, paprika to taste; place under broiler for approximately 10 minutes. Turn over, re-add lemon, salt, pepper and paprika to other side, broil approximately 10 minutes. Serves 4.
