ARTICHOKE DIP 
Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, diced
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 can diced green chiles

Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese (about 1 cup each). Add remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Serve warm with Triscuit crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
