CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix

Mix stuffing as directed. Put 1/4 of the stuffing in each breast. Fold together and fasten with toothpicks. Roll each breast in flour, then in melted butter. Place in baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees, basting with butter often.

Then saute 1 onion, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cans mushrooms, and 1 tablespoon flour. Cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup light cream. Pour over chicken breasts. Serves 4.
