HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cashews or slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips or 1 roll Ritz crackers crushed & mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips or crushed crackers. Place in a greased casserole. Top with Cheddar cheese, then with a layer of topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, 30 if refrigerated. Serves 4.
