EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. round steak, sliced thin in strips
1/2 c. oil
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. or more water
2 med. onions, sliced
2 cans golden mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. flour

Dredge steak slices in seasoned flour; saute in oil until brown. Drain. Add onion slices, soup, and water; stir to mix. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Just before serving, add sour cream and mix well. Serve over noodles or rice with butter and parsley.
