1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. allspice

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Slowly stir melted butter into beaten egg white. Stir in nuts. Mix the sugar and spices. Spread 3/4 of sugar and spice mixture in baking pan. Coat nuts. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 over the nuts. Bake 15 - 20 minutes. Stir and cool.
