FRITO CHILI PIE 
3 c. Fritos
1 (20 oz.) can chili without beans
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 lb. cooked meat, beef preferred
3/4 c. chopped onion

Crush 2 cups of the Fritos corn chips and spread in a lightly greased baking pan. Arrange onion and half of cheese onto the chips. Mix the meat with the chili and spread on top. Sprinkle with remaining chips and cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6. I usually double this and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan to serve big eaters. Nice with tossed green salad and sherbet for dessert.
