FROZEN PAPAYA CREAM 
2 med. papayas
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. light cream

Cut papayas in half. Scoop out seeds, scrape out pulp (about 2 cups). Puree with lemon juice and sugar, until smooth. Stir in cream.

Pour mixture into 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Place in freezer 1 hour until frozen 1 inch from sides. Stir until smooth, return to freezer until softly frozen. Put in chilled bowl, beat until smooth. Serve softly frozen or freeze until firm.
