RANCH BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. milk

Tear up bread slices, place in greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage, spoon over bread. Sprinkle cheese over bread and sausage. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish.

If prepared night before, cover and refrigerate. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Cheese will rise to the top during baking. Serves 6-8.
